Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains how Uluumay handles information when you visit our site. We keep it simple because we collect very little. Uluumay is operated by Albion Crest Solution LLC, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We aim to follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
No account, no sign-up
You do not create an account, register, or give us your name, email or payment details to play. We do not ask for personal information to use the games.
What is stored
- Age confirmation & game state: when you confirm you are of age and play, a small flag and your in-game coin balance are stored locally in your own browser (via
localStorage). This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings. - Standard technical logs: like most websites, our hosting provider and our content-delivery network (Cloudflare) automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is used in aggregate and for security, not to identify you personally.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
- We do not run real-money transactions, so we hold no payment data.
- We do not require or store contact details to play.
Cookies
Uluumay does not use advertising or tracking cookies to play the games. Essential local storage is used only for the age check and your virtual coin balance, as described above. If this ever changes, we will update this page.
Children
Uluumay is for adults (18+, 19+ in some provinces) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under age.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have rights to access and correct personal information an organisation holds about you. Because we do not collect personal information to run the games, there is normally nothing for us to retrieve — but you can contact us with any privacy question at [email protected].
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers (web hosting and Cloudflare for delivery and security). These providers process technical data on our behalf under their own terms.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.
